Priced for your workflow.
Not a package.
Every business has different automation needs, different tech stacks, and different scales. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Every engagement begins with a free workflow survey — from there, we scope and price specifically for you.

No two workflows are the same.
A fixed-price package assumes every automation is equally complex. It isn't. Automating 200 monthly invoices is a different scope from automating a school's entire assessment pipeline.
Our pricing reflects the actual work involved — the number of systems to integrate, the complexity of the logic, and the scale of deployment. The survey gives us everything we need to quote accurately.
Common questions
Within 48 hours of your workflow survey, you'll receive a written proposal with a fixed-price quote, timeline, and scope of work. No surprises.
We work with SMBs of all sizes. There's no minimum spend — if the automation makes economic sense for your business, we'll build it. The survey helps us confirm this upfront.
Minor adjustments within the agreed scope are included. Significant scope changes are quoted as a separate addendum — always agreed before work begins, never a surprise.
Bug fixes, performance issues, and minor configuration changes. It does not cover new features or integrations — those are scoped as new engagements.
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Automate one workflow, measure the impact, then expand. Many clients start with a Build & Deploy and move to Scale & Expand within 6 months.
The build itself is a one-time fixed cost. Ongoing costs cover cloud hosting and AI API usage — typically modest and always disclosed upfront in the proposal.
